Each designer’s lead time may vary. Once you confirm your order, our team will be in touch with you to assist with the delivery and provide more information on the lead time.
The ‘Lead time’ is the time necessary for the designer to produce and ship your items.
Once your product is ready, the designer will be shipping it to your destination and our team will be providing all the details you need.
If your order contains several items from various designers the items will be shipped from various locations and will have varied delivery times accordingly. If you have any questions for your delivery, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will be there for you!
Once each item has been fulfilled by the designer, you will receive an email confirming your items are on their way. This email will include a tracking number allowing you to check the status of your order.
Our designers are located all around the world and will ship your items directly to you from their location so please know the arrival dates may vary depending upon where the designer is located and where you are having the items delivered. - International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes when the parcel reaches its destination.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Customs policies & import duties vary from country to country, please note that we have no control over these charges, so if you are unsure, please check with your local customs office for further information.
- Please note that we reserve the right to deduct, from any refund due to the customer, the costs incurred by us for the return shipment of products refused by the customer at Customs in the destination country.
