We really hope you love your purchase, however if you’re looking to make a return then we are happy to offer a full refund, store credit or exchange within 14 days of your order.

Please send us an email directly to hello@curasy.com confirming what you would like to return or exchange together with your order number.

Returns
  • Please wait for your request to be approved before returning your items.
  • To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase. Please ensure you complete the Returns form that is sent with the item and return this in your package.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings or any other pierced jewellery.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to us safe and undamaged. Curasy does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
  • We cannot reimburse you for items that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.

All returns must have been dispatched back to us within 7 days from the date of return approval for your request to be processed. Returns arriving outside of this time scale will be processed at our discretion.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Please wait for your request to be approved before returning your items.
  • Exchanges will be dispatched free of charge upon arrival of your return.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of arrival with us. We cannot reserve items.
  • Outside of the United Kingdom, we can not offer exchanges/replacements but you may return for a refund or store credit within the times stated above.
Refunds

Late or missing refunds

    • There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account.
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@curasy.com

Sale items

  • Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
